At Flower Knows, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards in the beauty industry, we cannot accept returns on items that have been swatched or used.

Return Process

    Carefully pack the items in their original, ornate packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all inserts and promotional gifts.

    Ship the Items

    Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for their original condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
